We exist because…
Women are disproportionately affected by stress, anxiety and sleep problems. A fact that our founder, Kim Palmer, knows only too well.
Kim went through a difficult period in her life that saw her lose her self-confidence and almost her career.
After trying many forms for therapy, Kim found Hypnotherapy and hasn’t looked back. Kim has made it her mission to arm more women with the tools and know-how to look after their emotional wellbeing and develop healthier mindsets so they can be unstoppable.
